Green coffee contains a lower dose of caffeine than roasted coffee and since its release is slow, it keeps circulating in the body, ensuring its beneficial effects last much longer. It is also important to consider that green coffee is rich in polyphenols (powerful antioxidants), B vitamins, minerals, ferulic acid and chlorogenic acid, which have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. A study conducted by the University of Scranton in the United States that was presented at the meeting of the American Chemical Society in San Diego confirmed the properties of green coffee by reporting weight loss after taking it. The dewaxed roasted coffee (devoid of the waxes that can be difficult to digest for some people) gives a more delicate taste to the coffee, making it a pleasant drink. The preparation for Infused Green Coffee contains no artificial flavours but only dewaxed green coffee and some dewaxed roasted ground coffee.
