Terms and Conditions

The goods that are to be sold are everyday grocery items similar to the ones sold in the supermarket. Specific items that will be sold include Lollies and Chocolate, Cleaning Items, Biscuits, and Drinks (including Energy Drinks).

Food and Commodity Brokers (trading as Reduced to Clear) is wholly New Zealand Owned and operated. We are based with a head office in Auckland and a branch store in Wellington. We intend to keep all E-Commerce based in New Zealand at present, however would like the option to be able to sell internationally as appropriate.

All of our Products will be displayed in New Zealand Dollars.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

By purchasing products from Food and Commodity Brokers (NZ) 2008 Ltd Trading as Reduced to Clear.co.nz & Reduced To Clear ("www.reducedtoclear.co.nz") the purchaser ("The Customer"), agrees to the following terms and conditions of sale.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993: Where the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply, these terms will be read subject to the application of that Act, and in the case of any conflict, the provisions of that Act will apply.

Business Customers: The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply to business customers (where "business" is as defined by the Act). Business customers agree that where products are purchased for the purpose of a business that the Act does not apply.

Refunds: Email notification of a refund application must be received within 2 business days of goods being delivered. Refunds will be given at the discretion of company management.

Addressing: If a product is found to be mis-addressed by www.reducedtoclear.co.nz then www.reducedtoclear.co.nz shall be responsible for the re-delivery, replacement or refunding of the product. If the Customer is found to have given an incorrect or insufficient address, then www.reducedtoclear.co.nz will not refund or resend the product and all responsibility for correcting delivery will be borne by the Customer.

Cancelling Orders: www.reducedtoclear.co.nz reserves the right to cancel orders that we believe to be fraudulent or constitute a mis-use or a promotional or marketing activity or where an error has occurred including but not limited to errors relating to pricing. Reduced to clear reserves the right to withdraw a sale if we have reason to believe the goods are going to a customer to then be re sold to make a profit. i.e. we do not sell to Dairies, Service stations, or any re seller for that matter.

GST: For New Zealand delivery addresses, all prices are GST inclusive unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Estimates: www.reducedtoclear.co.nz makes every effort practical to ensure that delivery timeframes given are accurate. Delivery time can vary depending on our freight company. General delivery times should be 1-2 business days, however rural deliveries may take longer. We also note that orders received after 12pm may not make the courier till the following day.

Communications: By creating an account with www.reducedtoclear.co.nz you consent to receiving electronic communications from www.reducedtoclear.co.nz. These communications will include: account status updates, order status updates, promotional and marketing materials, and other information relating to the service.
