Business Strategist with 30 years experience in corporate and own businesses. Experience in the Travel, Construction, Horticulture, Publishing, Retail, Behavioural Change, Incentive Marketing and Consulting sectors. John has worked with Reduced To Clear for a few years as a business coach and came on board in November 2010 to help spread Reduced To Clear’s national presence. His vision is to see every New Zealander have the chance to save money each week by purchasing quality clearance groceries, locally.

Director and Buyer
Sean has 15+ years experience in the food industry. He is passionate about stopping all unnecessary food wastage in New Zealand. Finding good quality, branded food lines at bargain prices is his main focus. As a family man Sean knows what life with kids and grocery bills is all about. He is keen to help you keep your grocery bill down. You might see him on the odd golf course, attempting to exercise now and then, and has been known to visit the odd race car track in his little red VW.

Andy has over 20 years experience in the food industry with 10+ of those years being in Food trading and sales. If there is a bargain on offer than Andy can bring to our shops to save you money, that is exactly what he will do. With unique relationships built up over many years, Andy has a commitment to quality and brand security. What that means for you as a consumer is that you will be getting the same quality brands at clearance prices!

Hayden has been a geek with an interest in business for some years now. After working for a nationwide IT company as both a technician and salesperson, the challenge of running an online store was irresistible. Believing in offering good old fashioned service online with the latest technology is what he is all about. Having spent over 6 years in the disability and community services industry, he also understands what a difference a business like Reduced To Clear can make to peoples budgets.

As our Operations Manager, Karen is responsible for making sure that the workings of the store deliver the best experience for you the customer. Customer service is something that Karen believes is key to having a great experience in our stores. This is shown by the store teams that are picked to be knowledgable about our products and helpful with all requests.
