Q : What payment methods do you accept ?
We accept Mastercard and Visa for online transactions. Your credit card transactions are processed through one of New Zealand’s leading gateways, PayStation. We use National Bank Buypoint to facilitate the transaction so that we don’t have any of your credit card details. You can be completely sure in the knowledge that your credit card information is safe using our site.
We also now accept payments through Pago. Pago is like EFTPOS for the internet. Find out more at www.pago.co.nz.
Q : How does your shipping calculation work ?
Our shipping calculation works based on m3. We have one standard box that is 0.0.15m3 and a large box that is 0.025m3. As a base we use our large box @ $9.50 to provide good value nationwide shipping for most products. If your order goes outside 0.025m3 (our calculator works it out for you) you simply pay another $6.50 to add a standard box or $9.50 to add a large box.
The suprise is that when you purchase something we discount your freight for each item you buy. By buying more you pay less in shipping. Give it a try.
Q : I am having errors to do with Cookies ?
Virtual Paymark (the ones who process the transaction with your bank) utilise cookies to store some information temporarily during the transaction. You will receive the following error if your browser has cookies disabled :
An error has occurred processing your payment.
Cookies are not turned on in your Browser To access the payment pages you need to have cookies enabled. Our cookies are only used to identify you while you are making your payment. They are stored temporarily as a short text string in your browser.
All browsers are configured differently, so check your browser's help on enabling cookies.
Click the continue button to retry your payment once you have cookies enabled.

Q : When can I expect my order to arrive ?
Your order will be picked and sent on the same day that it is made if you purchase before 2pm. Our courier company will have it with you in 1-2 working days and we supply you a track and trace link.
